That has happened to me. I was on a website and it said "Congulations you have won a trip to Orlando, Flordia." What a joke that was. When I was talking to a lady from customer service they needed my credit card number, i was like "FORGET IT" and hung up the phone. I also had to pay for the people that I wanted to take. I was like NO THANK YOU. Who knows you calls you and says you won a cruise? you don't know if it it's for real or a scam. I would rather go through the travel agent and pay for the cruise than getting hosed over.
